From our Bahamas homes to our beautiful beaches, scores of island people and visitors watched as last night's super moon turned to the colour of blood right in front of our eyes and sent shards of red across the sea.
The total lunar eclipse was fully visible throughout the islands of the Bahamas as the earth moved between the sun and the moon.
It was a beautiful balmy night and what better place to watch this celestial wonder then from the Bahamas?
Looking upon the Bahamas from space a few days earlier, Scott Kelly enjoyed a completely different view.
“Save me a spot on your beach! Yes, that one, right there'” he tweets as he takes in our Bahamas property from afar.
