Mike has served as vice president of the Bahamas Real Estate Association, chairman of the Bahamas Real Estate Association Appraiser’s Committee and in numerous other capacities.
He’s listed and sold numerous properties over the years – from high end homes to vacant land.
He is an International Real Estate Institute certified senior certified valuer and a Bahamas Government approved real estate assessor.
He has prepared real estate appraisals for various foreign government agencies, including the United States government, the U.S. Department of Justice and the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence. In addition to Nassau, he has appraised property in all the major islands of the Bahamas.
Mike is a former Member of Parliament for Clarence Town in Long Island and Marsh Harbour, Abaco, and enjoys a sterling reputation throughout the Bahamas. A private pilot, he spends many hours crisscrossing the Bahamas by air and knows the islands of the Bahamas like the back of his hand.
